Hey everyone, welcome back to the 100 Day Anime Challenge, specifically to day 40 of the challenge. Today’s question is: Who is your favorite Voice Actor/Seiyuu? Now, to be honest, I don’t really know much or pay attention to many Japanese voice actors, most of the ones that I know are English. That being said, i’ve always admired the work of one specific voice actor, who starred in one of the first English dubbed shows I ever watched. That show was Fullmetal Alchemist, and that Voice Actor was Vic Mignona.

Vic Mignona is one of the most accomplished English voice actors, having portrayed roles in well over 100 different Anime, not to mention movies and video games. Vic is able to portray a wide array of characters, from heroes to villains, but my favorite of his roles will always be that of Edward Elric, from Full Metal Alchemist. His perfect portrayal of Ed’s emotions, in every single scene of the show, was so impressive to me when I first watched it. The soul and talent required to express what he does in his work is absolutely immense, and I have a great respect for what he does.

As someone who has been involved in theater arts for a very long time, I feel like I can really appreciate how much effort goes into the performances given to us by some of the amazing Voice Actors like Vic, and many others as well.
